One-To-One Stress Management Course
Eight Week Course

This course is designed to take you through all you need to get you well under way on your long term stress management journey, to help you build resilience and improve your wellbeing.

There is so much included in this course! The best part about it is that there are 8 x 1 hour, one-to-one online coaching sessions included in the course (one per each session), plus a free 30 minute accountability session at the end once you've completed the final 'Next Steps' session.

This course may be particularly helpful if you want to make a sustainable long-term improvement to your health and wellbeing, and can be really helpful for the following reasons:

-
To support managing a long-term / chronic condition like Osteoarthritis (OA), where stress can have a detrimental effect on your experience of pain, your nervous system and immune system.
-
If you're at that stage in life where you are likely to embark on a period of hormonal change (e.g over 40, perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause) and want to improve your health as much as possible to be able to manage these years better.
-
If you're planning to undergo or have undergone knee or hip replacement surgery and want to improve your wellbeing and resilience, to be able to make the most of your new joint.

All materials are provided and all videos are pre-recorded for each session so you can work through each one prior to the one-to-one coaching session. There is also a relaxation audio file included in every session.
You may want to complete the course over a longer period of time e.g. 12-16 weeks, and complete one session every couple of weeks, in which case please discuss this with me prior to starting the course. The maximum time allowance for completion of the course is 16 weeks, and the minimum is 8 weeks.
Aim to complete just one session before each one-to-one coaching session only.
